With over 20 years of baking experience and a culinary degree from the esteemed Arizona Culinary Institute, Founder Kailee Davidson’s journey from self-discovery to success forms the heart of our studio.
Inspired by her challenging upbringing, our studio embodies the ethos of transformation, symbolizing the relentless pursuit of building a community around the art of baking. Kailee's dedication goes beyond creating beautiful cakes; it's a deep personal connection to her childhood dreams and a commitment to realizing them. After a transformative experience with her idol, pastry chef Madison Lee of Madison Lee's Cakes in New York City, Kailee embarked on creating her own bakery. Focused on craftsmanship, community, and accessibility, Bloom Cake Studio was built as a place where high-quality, meticulously designed cakes and specialty desserts could be accessible to everyone.
